The varnish is yellowed and very minor surface dirt is visible.
In natural light no obvious damages or retouching can be detected, except for a very minor frame abrasion visible in the lower left corner.
The original impasto and pigments appear to be beautifully preserved.
Overall, the painting appears to be in excellent and authentic condition.
Examination under UV light shows no apparent retouchings or damages. Under UV light the varnish flouresces green, making a more detailed reading difficult.
