The painted surface has been cleaned in the past.
Examination under UV light shows retouches along the outer edges due to frame abrasions, one small retouches hooked tear visible in the upper left quadrant (circa 1x3 cm.).
Scattered cosmetic retouches throughout the sky.
There is very minor scattered strengthening to the signature.
Overall the work presents very well in a gilt composite period style frame.
