The paint layer appears to be secure and stable
The painted surface appears to have been cleaned in the past.
There is a horizontal line (circa 15 cm) of vertical scuffing below the cabinet.
There are a few minor patterns of craquelure visible on closer inspection.
Examination under UV light shows scattered spots of cosmetic reotuching to some of the objects, the background and an uneven varnish layer.
Overall the painting presents very will in a large gilt composite simple frame.
