THIS CONDITION REPORT HAS BEEN PREPARED BY J.H. COOKE & SONS, IN THE CHRISTIE'S WAREHOUSE FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS SALE.
The painting is in very good condition. It is painted on an artist’s board itself in good condition, and with the adhesion within the work sound, the painting is structurally stable.
The paint surface is in good condition, with little retouching, almost all of which is to framing abrasions at the extreme edge of the painting.
It should be noted that the artist has used the tone and texture of the artist board as part of his composition.
