black and sanguine chalk with pencil heightened with white on one sheet of paper. There is a thin strip of adhesive paper attached to the left and upper right edge from previous hinging. There is a pin hole to the upper left extremity (under framed). There is some minor light staining to the paper. There are a few minot scuffs to the upper right extremity (under framed). There is some light surface dirt to the paper. The work is framed in a gold composite period style frame, protected behind glass. There is some acidic card and paper behind the work on paper, of which we would advise removal.
