The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Both canvases have been lined. There is some surface dirt and the pictures might benefit from a light clean.

The first - under UV light there are areas of retouching to frame abrasions at all edges. There are some scattered areas of retouching in the sky, mainly in the upper right corner.

The second - there are retouchings to frame abrasions at all edges. There is retouching to the clouds, most notably to the central cloud.
