Prayers in honour of the Prophet Muhammad, Arabic manuscript on paper, 116ff. plus five flyleaves, 11ll. of black naskh script, keywords picked out in red, within gold, black and red rules, catchwords, marginal notes in red and black, gold and polychrome rosette verse markers, headings in gold and polychrome illuminated panels, occasional gold and polychrome illuminated marginal medallions, the opening folio and two further folios with gold and polychrome illuminated headpieces, three folios illustrated with Mecca, Medina and the Tomb of the Prophet in Medina, colophon signed and dated, in original tooled and stamped gilt brown morocco with flap, occasional repairs, otherwise in good condition
