This manuscript is in good overall condition. The folios are clean overall although there are occasional faint water stains to the margins, not affecting the text panel. The text block has occasional light creases. The text is clear and legible throughout. The pigments of the illuminated headpiece have very small losses but remain strong overall.

The binding is loose on both sides and requires reattaching. The covers otherwise show very minimal wear and the gilt decoration is strong. The marbled paper doublures are clean and in good condition.
