Chaumières

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The pastel is strong and fresh throughout.
The paper is mounted to the passepartout trough scotch tape along the edges.
The paper is slightly wavy and the edges are irregular.
Some paper losses along the edges, the major of which corresponding to the upper left corner (measuring approximately 3.5 cm.).
Some restored paper tears along the lower and right edges.
A small hole at the centre of the lower edge.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
