The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Alcune cadute di colore lungo la superficie, i margini e gli angoli, di cui la maggiore al centro verso destra.
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, non presenta tracce evidenti di restauri.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l’opera sia in condizioni di conservazione buone.

Support and paint film in good condition.
Some bands of supporting canvas are visible along the external edges and on the reverse, probably due to a later mounting.
Superficial accretion and cracks in places.
Some paint losses in places, along the edges and corresponding to the corners, the major of which to the centre towards right.
When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of inpainting.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
