The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

La carta aderisce correttamente al supporto.
Tracce di sporco e residui di colla lungo i margini.
Alcuni fori di puntina, piccoli buchi e strappi della carta in corrispondenza degli angoli.
Alcune abrasioni della carta lungo i margini e uno strappo al centro del margine sinistro (circa 5 cm.).
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, non presenta tracce evidenti di restauri.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l’opera sia in condizioni di conservazione buone.

The work is in good and stable conditions.
The paper adheres well to the support.
Superficial accretion and glue residues along the edges.
Some pinholes, small holes and paper tears corresponding to the edges.
Some paper abrasions along the edges and a tear to the centre of the left edge (approximately 5 cm.).
When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of inpainting.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
