The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Alcune leggere craquelure d'asciugatura con una corrispondente piccolissima caduta di colore sull'albero più a sinistra. Altre cadute minori nel passaggio verde in basso a destra.
Alcune craquelure filiformi al centro del margine inferiore.
La tela è leggermente ondulata in corrispondenza dell'angolo superiore destro.
Un leggerissimo graffio diagonale in corrispondenza dell'angolo superiore sinistro, visibile soltanto a luce radente.
Esaminata alla luce ultravioletta, sono visibili due piccoli punti di restauro nell'angolo inferiore sinistro e altri quattro minori nell'angolo superiore destro.
Tenuto conto di quanto sopra, è nostra opinione che l’opera sia in condizioni di conservazione molto buone con densi passaggi lungo la superficie.

Fine networks of drying craquelure in the leftmost three, with one associated tiny loss. A few further, smaller losses, in the green pigment at the lower right.
Fine, unobtrusive lines of craquelure towards the lower centre edge.
Very slight undulation of the canvas at the upper right corner.
A very fine, diagonal line of protrusion across the upper left corner, only visible in raking light.
When examined under ultraviolet light, there are two small spots of inpainting towards the lower left corner and four tiny ones at the upper right corner.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition with nice passages of thick impasto in places.
