The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Broken into five pieces and restuck, with some small associated losses and infilling along the breaks, including some old rivet holes. Overpainting to rim at 9 o’clock, approximately 9 cm. long and some further small areas of overpainting along breaks. Small (under 1 cm.) chips to underside of rim at 8’clock and 10 o’clock and at 5.30 o’clock. Further areas of glaze loss to rim.
