Five-record album set, signed in black ink on the front cover by Count Basie and 16 members of his Orchestra, with red cloth backed pictorial boards.

[With:] a vintage black and white publicity portrait of Count Basie at the piano, 1939, signed in blue ink recto ‘Count Basie’, additionally signed verso by 13 members of his orchestra including Lester Young, Ed Lewis, Earle Warren, Buddy Tate, Freddie Green, Buck Clayton, Dick Wells and Bennie Morton. The image by Murray Norman, New York, vintage gelatin silver print, with Music Corporation of America credit-stamp verso, 210 x 257 mm. Provenance: RR Auctions, Boston, 23 July 2015, lot 7211.

[With:] a boxing style poster for a performance by Count Basie, with support from The Three Sounds, at the Alexandria Hotel, Los Angeles, 5 April 1964, printed in blue toning to red on heavy cardstock by Green’s Show Print, Los Angeles, 560 x 355mm.

[And:] On the Road. Pablo Records, 1980. Album signed in black felt pen on the front of the sleeve by Count Basie and band trumpeter Ray Brown.
