First edition: an excellent copy. Octavo. Original pictorial stapled card boards (extremities slightly rubbed).

First edition, signed by the author. Octavo. (A few marginal marks.) Original red boards, spine lettered in gilt (small stain on fore-edge); original pictorial dust-jacket (price-clipped).

First edition of Christie's fourth book. Octavo. 1 leaf of ads at end (minor marks, numerous corners creased). Original grey-brown cloth (lacking the dust-jacket as usual, spine a little darkened, endpapers browned, textblock split between pp.192-193, extremities faintly rubbed, a few stains).

First edition. Octavo. Original grey boards, lettered on spine and with publisher’s seal in red on upper cover; original pictorial dust-jacket (spine ends lightly frayed, a few short closed marginal tears, extremities faintly rubbed).

Black Coffee. A Play in Three Acts. London: Alfred Ashley and Son, 1934.
First edition, a very good copy of Christie’s first play. Octavo. (Some stains at lower margin, a few corners dog-eared). Original orange card wrappers printed in black, ‘Baker’s Plays’ label to upper cover and ‘Royalty Notice’ label on title verso (light soiling, small chip to one corner).
