The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The jug with a long line extending from the rim down to almost the foot (approx. 4½ in. long) with a few smaller lines eminating outward. The jug and the cover with small scattered frits and there is considerable wear to the once gilt jug handle and rim of the cover.
