The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In very good condition overall with still strong grisaille and gilt decoration.
The tea bowl with a small firing flaw on the interior of the bowl that partially shows to the exterior beneath a prunus blossom. Slightly more wear to the gilt border on interior of the bowl.

The saucer with two smaller areas of faint stacking wear. There are scattered pinholes form the making throughout. With a minute frit to the rim at 3 o'clock and a fine glaze line on the reverse at 12 o'clock.
