The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Garlic mouth vase: There is a knock with associated Y-shaped hairline to the mouth. There is firing flaw with associated area of polish to the body, a few minor firing flaws to the handles and burst glaze bubbles to the body.
Double lozenge vase: There are some small areas to the exterior that have been lightly buffed and areas of surface abrasion. The mouth rim has been buffed. There is a polished chip to one corner. There are firing cracks to the handles.
Bottle vase: There is a glaze chip to the foot and a few bumps under the glaze to the body. The vase is slightly misfired.
