A BLUE AND WHITE SLEEVE VASE
TRANSITIONAL PERIOD (1628-1644)
The vase is decorated in underglaze blue on the exterior with men on horseback hunting rabbits amidst rocks and foliage. The neck is encircled by flaming pearls.
11 1/8 in. (28.3 cm.) high

The Rende Zhai (House of Benevolent Learning) Collection, 1949-1970s, in the United States before 1990.
