A FAMILLE VERTE DISH
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The dish is decorated with a band of butterflies alternating with birds on prunus branches in the center, all within a further band of a pair of cockerels and mandarin ducks on the everted rim. Together with a famille verte bowl, Kangxi period (1662-1722), decorated with a pair of birds and blossoming prunus tree, and a yellow-glazed dish, Kangxi period (1662-1722), incised with dragons amidst clouds and flames.
8 ½, 5 ¾ and 7 7/8 in. (21.5, 14.6 and 20 cm.) diam.

Provenance
The Rende Zhai (House of Benevolent Learning) Collection, 1949-1970s, in the United States before 1990.
