A PAIR OF RUBY-BACK-GLAZED DISHES
GUANGXU SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)
Each decorated on the back with a lustrous ruby-red glaze. Together with a famille rose dish, 19th century, decorated with flowers and a butterfly.
6 5/8 and 6 ¼ in. (16.8 and 15.9 cm.) diam.

Provenance
The Rende Zhai (House of Benevolent Learning) Collection, 1949-1970s, in the United States before 1990.
