The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Junyao bowl with splash:
- three repaired cracks extending from the rim to the body with associated areas of overpainting
- polished kiln grit adhesion and firing flaws to the exterior
- a firing crack to the interior
- chips and nicks to foot rim
Smaller junyao bowl:
- scattered glaze lines
- polishing and nicks to mouth rim
- chips and nicks to foot rim
- remains of saggar attached to the interior
Longquan bowl:
- small old repaired chip to mouth rim
- scattered tiny kiln grit adhesion and firing flaws
