The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Some fritting around the rim. The dish broken in two to the right of the coat of arms and expertly restored, with two expertly restored associated crescent shaped breaks to the rim (each in several pieces), only evident under UV light: one at 6 o'clock (approx 5 in. long), and one at 1 o'clock (approx 3 in. long). There is a restored rim line at 12 o'clock (approx 1¹⁄₂ in. long) and a small restored break to the rim at 11 o'clock (approx ¹⁄₂ in. long).
