The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition; some minor rubbing and wear to the high points; the peacock perched on a blue base with some enamel flakes throughout, its crest and with a chip to the top of one tail feather; the example on a yellow base in good condition; the pair with areas of overpaint to the neck, both feet and to the base, with some small chips to the applied foliage. Each examined under ultraviolet light.
