The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Each with the expected minor surface wear and scratches; with light rubbing to the enamels; one jar with several large restored crescent-shaped rim cracks, the neck overall with associated overpaint; the other with a small rim chip and two fine vertical hairline cracks at the neck, one cover with a few areas of restoration at the rim, with associated overpaint at the rim and to its interior; the other cover with a shallow long chip to the underside of its rim; present well. One vase is 30¹⁄₂ in. high, the other is 30 in. high.
