The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With minor surface wear as to be expected; some rubbing to the enamels and gilt decoration; some touch-ups to the pink enamels; each with a few scattered nicks and tiny chips to the edges; each with restoration to the hair implements; one with the rim of the vase, her proper right hand and left hand finger tips restored; the other restored through her neck and with an additional restored break to the back of her head, with a section of the rim of the vase, left hand and right hand finger tips restored, one half of the bow at her waist a restored replacement.
