The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Bowl:
- a few small chips and nicks to the mouth rim
- a T-shape fine crack to foot and the foot rim with some abrasion, a few lightly polished sections and nicks
Ink rest:
- a few small chips to the edges, and the corners of the foot as well as the front and back sides have been slightly polished
