The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Larger sleeve vase:
- appears to be in overall good condition
- a few scattered short firing cracks original to manufacture
- a short firing crack or fine crack and a few kiln grits to foot
smaller:
- a small restored chip to mouth
- tiny shallow chip to foot
- a few scattered short firing cracks original to manufacture
square vase:
- a hairline to one side
- the foot has been polished with an associated chip to one corner; the underside of base has a burst bubble
- fine specks to body
