The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Tripod censer:
-in overall good condition
Bowl and stand:
-bowl with three unglazed area to foot, one with a small tiny chip to the foot probably original to manufacture, and in overall good condition
- stand with a few tiny shallow chips and nicks to the foot rim; a firing crack to one opening and another to the mouth rim
Stem bowl:
- a few chips and nicks to the mouth rim
- a polished area to the stem
- extensive wear to the interior
All:
- expected wear and some abrasion
- a few tiny nicks to the foot rim
- the bowl leans slightly
