The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Both: - expected light wear overall, some light staining, age cracks, surface scratches and wear to feet
- expected natural flaws in the wood
- the displayed shelves, top side panels, side, back and bottom panels of the drawers are made of secondary wood or plywood
- both with small areas of loss and nicks to the beading and edges, more prominent on one than the other
- otherwise in overall good condition
