The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
All: with surface wear and some scratches
Larger dish:
- two short rim hairlines approx. 2 cm., a small chip and some light fritting to the mouth rim
- a small glaze gap to where the foot and side meet on the exterior
- and a few small bumps to the interior, some of which appears to have been polished
Smaller dish:
- a star crack to the underside of base
- traces of gilt decoration on the interior
- a few minute nicks to foot possibly caused by trimming during manufacture
Vase:
- the foot rim appears to have been polished
