We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Larger:

- a shallow chip and some kiln grits to foot and underside of base
- an area of irregularity or minor polishing to the flange of cover
Smaller:
- a tiny shallow chip and a nick to the flange of cover

- a few firing cracks characteristics for works of this type
