A CARVED ROCK CRYSTAL BOTTLE
18TH/19TH CENTURY
Of flattened, rounded form on an oval footrim, the bottle is carved on each side with a pair of chilong confronted on a shou medallion. The stone is slightly crizzled and cloudy.
2 3/8 in. (6 cm.) high, jade stopper

We have sought to record changes in condition to this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. One long side of the outer foot rim appears to have been polished. There are two small nicks to the inner mouth rim and a minute nick to the outer mouth rim. Otherwise, the bottle appears to be in overall good condition.
