THREE EMBELLISHED BOTTLES
19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
The first bottle is of ovoid form and formed from a brown nut with a ruyi-shaped copper collar and neck. The second is a Japanese Shibayama-style bottle of flattened, faceted form on an oval footrim and decorated in mother-of-pearl and colored hardstones with a panel depicting bijin on each side. The base is inscribed with an apocryphal Qianlong four-character mark. The third is an agate pebble bottle mounted with a metal collar and enameled with iris and foliage.
2½, 2¾, 2 in. (6.3, 7, 5 cm.) high, one metal-mounted jadeite and two plastic stoppers (3)
