The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in condition to this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. The first bottle: There are areas of polishing to the inner, outer mouth rim and to the foot rim. The second bottle: There is a knock to the mouth with associated crack. There are minute interior mouth rim nicks and a minute nick to the inner mouth rim. There are minute nicks to the overlay decoration. There is a possible small area of polishing to one tall leaf. The third bottle: There is a minute shallow chip to the fangding at the upper left corner, and on the other side there are small chips and losses to the legs of the fangding. There are minute nicks to the inner and outer mouth rims. There is a burst bubble to the foot rim.
