The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. All elements show varying signs of soiling and wear, such as losses, spots of discoloration, and scuffs, in keeping with the choice of media and the artist's working method. A few small spots fluoresce distinctly under ultraviolet light but do not appear to be inpainting.
