The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Untitled (postcards): The postcards are each hinged at the corners to the backing board and have shifted slightly in tone. Faint wear and handling marks are to the corners and edges, consistent with the nature of the support. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.

Untitled (postcard collage): The work is secured with plastic corners to the mat backing. Wear, handling marks, and creases are intermittently. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.

Untitled (stationary and envelope): The sheet and envelope are hinged at the corners to the backing board. Wear and very faint handling marks are along the edges. A faint spot of skinning is to the left edge of the envelope. Two horizontal creases are to the stationary. A few pinpoint accretions are visible infrequently.
