Once a lot has been reserved and added into your cart, you will have a 10 minute reservation window to complete checkout. If checkout is not completed within this time the lot will no longer be reserved and will be re-offered back into the sale. It is only upon successful payment for the reserved lot that the lot will be purchased by you. You will not acquire title and own the lot until all amounts due to Christie’s have been received by us in full and cleared funds even in circumstances where Christie’s has released the lot to you. Neither Christie’s nor the seller is responsible for your errors in purchasing.
Delivery and Collection:
Christie’s will arrange for shipment of your purchased lots the within two business days after the lots have been paid for in full, cleared funds. If you wish to have your purchases shipped, you must indicate that at the time of check-out. Purchases can only be shipped to the address you provide at check-out. Purchases cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
*To receive your order by February 13, international orders must be placed by February 9 and US orders must be placed by February 11. Please note that for domestic shipping within the US, full, cleared payment must be made and checkout completed by Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Christie's will then endeavor that your purchased items be delivered by Friday, February 13, 2015. Given the increased volume of deliveries at this time of year, Christie's recommends that purchases be completed as soon as possible. For international shipment, full, cleared payment must be made and checkout completed by Monday, February 9, 2015, buyers should take into account customs and duty clearance time when making purchases. As such procedures vary by country, Christie's recommends that purchases be completed as soon as possible. Christie’s cannot guarantee delivery by February 13, 2015.

Payment must be made online prior to collection. Should you send someone to collect your purchase(s) on your behalf, please complete a Letter of Authorization and send it to us at email@example.com prior to collection. Your representative must present a valid picture ID at the time of collection, such as a driver’s license or passport.
