SPECIALIST'S NOTES
In 1920, jeweler Charles Vaillant opened the doors of his atelier in New York City. His attention to detail and skilled workmanship secured commissions from many notable jewelers including Duke Fulco Di Verdura. During the 1950’s, Vaillant collaborated with the firm Alemany & Ertman to render surrealist artist Salvador Dali’s fantastical visions from canvas to wearable art.
Charles Vaillant Inc. was founded in 1994 and today the company continues the tradition of manufacturing fine jewelry for artisans and private clients.
