The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The pagoda's final detached but included with the lot. Originally the etagere had wood scrolls and bell-form decorations that issued from the upper pagoda's corners and the roof's corners. Some are retained with the lot. Some damages exist where these pieces came off. Overall there are minor scratches, nicks and wear as well as surface fading to be expected with normal use.
