The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good decorative condition and ready to place. With the expected nicks, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. The lamps with small dings and small losses to extreme edges, primarily on column, along with some verticle shrinkage cracks, stable. With some loss to the carved decorationon the capital. The gilt decoration slightly worn in areas. The veneer on the base lifting slightly. The shades well maintained and with small scattered marks and staining. The red marble on the candelabra with natural inclusions, and some repairs and associated infill. The base with some small nicks and 'nibbles' to corners. The ormolu rubbed and with some areas of verdigris.
