The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In stable, decorative condition and ready to place. Overall with nicks, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. The oak faded in areas, significantly to the top of the arms on both, and the back of the chair seat on one. The leather considerably worn and with a varying patina, and appears to be original.
