The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
An angled break to the base, from the chin to the back of the head. Chips to the top of the head. A slightly worn surface to the crystalline marble. Some
dirt staining overall. The underside of the neck break drilled with metal socket inserted for attachment to mount in modern times.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
