The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Painted wood on metal relief. All elements are present and the work is structurally sound. Some minor scuffs and surface dirt. Surface accretions along the
right edge on the metal square elements, hairline cracking along the lower edge and slight discoloration of the elements, particularly the second from the
lower edge along the right edge. Otherwise there are no signs of repairs or apparent condition problems.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
