Specially made only for the Italian market, this watch debuted in 1997 and was produced in a limited edition of 500 examples to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the legendary Speedmaster. This watch is numbered 457 of 500. This watch features a white dial with white registers, anthracite hands, and transparent sapphire crystal case back making the present watch attractive and sought after by collectors. This watch has been nicknamed the "Albino" Speedmaster.
According to the Archives of OMEGA the present watch was manufactured on March 4, 1998 and delivered to Italy.
