The case is in good condition with light scratches throughout and few small nicks. The case appears to have been polished. The numbers are visible between the lugs. The back of the lugs show signs of wear and evidence of the bracelet. The case back has scratches and few nicks. The inside of the case back is marked "16710." The inside of the case back has watchmaker's marks. The bezel has some small nicks. The bezel insert has scratches. The dial is in excellent condition and appears to be original. The hands appear to be later replacements. The coronet has a small amount of paint loss. The end links are stamped "501B" and the bracelet "78360." The bracelet and clasp are in good condition with scratches. The quick-set hour hand function is working at the time of cataloguing. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
