The watch is in excellent condition for its age with few signs of wear. The case is strong and the numbers are crisp between the lugs. The dial and hands are in very good condition and appear to be original. The lume plots at the hour markers have darkened with age to a rich yellow color. The lume in the hands has darkened to a rich yellow color also and the lume in the minute hand is slightly dirtied. The seconds hand has a very strong patina. The bracelet is in very good condition with few signs of wear. The date changes as the hands pass midnight. The watch is in need of a new gasket. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
