The case is in good condition with scratches and small nicks throughout. The case has developed a light patina. The bezel shows signs of normal wear with small nicks and scratches. The hallmarks are crisp to the coin edge of the case between the 6 o'clock lugs. The crown and pushers have scratches. The lug at 7 o'clock has scratches around the screw that holds the spring bar in place. The case back is in good condition with scratches. The movement appears to have some signs of wear beneath the bridge. The dial and hands are in excellent condition and appear to be original. The hand in the 9 o'clock sub-register appears to have developed a light patina. The Patek Philippe buckle is in good condition with normal signs of wear. The chronograph function is not working at the time of cataloguing and requires a service. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
