The case is in good condition with light scratches. The case and lugs have been lightly polished. The back of the lugs have scratches. The case back has scratches and shows signs of being opened. The ink filling on the case back engraving is mostly lost. The bezel shows signs of age, but is correct. The dial and hands are in good condition and appear to be original. The dial shows slight signs of wear around the base of the main handset. The luminous material has darkened at the hour markers with age. The main handset has developed a light patina and the luminous material has darkened with age. The chronograph hand is correct for this model. The tip of the hand in the sub-register at 9 o'clock has developed patina. The end links are marked '516' and the bracelet '1039' and '1,69' indicating its production in the first quarter of 1969. The bracelet has scratches and little stretch. The chronograph is working at the time of cataloguing. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
