Reference 3574 was launched in 1970 and remained in production until 1974, a very short time span for a Patek Philippe reference, it is estimated that the total output for this reference to be around 500 pieces. It was available exclusively in stainless steel. The present lot further enhanced by the retailer's name Beyer signed on the dial.

Beyer Chronometrie was the first shop in Switzerland specializing exclusively in watches, clocks and jewellery.
