Lot Essay

Reference 3574 was launched in 1970 and remained in production until 1974, a very short time span for a Patek Philippe reference, it is estimated that the total output for this reference to be around 500 pieces. It was available exclusively in stainless steel. The present lot further enhanced by the retailer's name Beyer signed on the dial.

Since its foundation in 1760, the prestigious retailer has been passed down from father to son, each a fully trained watchmaker. Beyer Chronometrie was the first shop in Switzerland specializing exclusively in watches, clocks and jewellery. The firm is currently managed by Rene Beyer, who represents the seventh generation of the Beyer family.
